E2726DS, screen damaged

Even if you can find a shop willing to try the repair, they'll have trouble finding the display panel needed. Beyond that, expect a panel to be 90% of the cost of a new monitor of the same type. Add the labor charge and it'll be less expensive to replace rather than repair (and note Chris M's link -- any repair would be third party, as Dell does not repair monitors).
