My M992 monitor wont shut down completely when set it to the "shut down monitor after __ mins." option.  The screen goes black but the green light by the power button still blinks on and off (and it makes an annoying high pitch electronic sound every time it blinks).  It used to shut down completely (screen black, green light off) but it wont anymore.  Is there any way to fix it?
