Monitor chooses wrong refresh rate
This has been a problem for the six years I've had the monitor.
Whenever I boot up the pc with the monitor switched off, if I then switch the monitor on in Windows the refresh rate will be 60hz. It should be 85hz. If I boot up the pc with the monitor switched on, it will choose the correct refresh rate.
The monitor is a Dell M990.
