How do I check my Dell non-PNP monitors name or version?

The rear label will show a 20 digit serial number = The version in this example shows as REV A01.In that 20 digit serial number, ignore CN-0. The next 5 digits are the Dell part number = YMYH1Do a Google search for Dell part YMYH1 and the results show that this this model was the U2412M.
