Monitor Interference when laptop adaptor plugged in.

I just bought new LED monitor from dell. Unfortunately, it faces some interference "shaking or flickering image" when i plug in my laptop adaptor. i connect the monitor using VGA cable because my laptop does not have HDMI output. i hope i can find  solution. I am really frustrated with this problem.

Are the laptop and monitor both plugged into the same power jack?

Disconnect the AC adapter from the laptop and run with battery only. Then, connect the monitor to the laptop VGA. Does the monitor image flicker/shake?

it works well without the laptop adapter. i found that, this problem can be solve if my laptop has HDMI output. i thought i can solve my laptop problem by buying the monitor.
