I just got a P1913S stand from eBay for my U2413 monitor (which should be compatible, since it's one of the models listed on the stand).  The height is designed to be adjustable, but when I position the monitor to the top, it slides back down from the weight.  Is there some kind of locking mechanism to keep it in place, or do I have a defective stand?
