When I power up my P2417H IPS monitor, I find a strong backlight near the edges. After minutes of operation, the P2417H recovers perfectly. Is this a normal behavior of this type of IPS monitors? Or is it a bad sign that something might happen in the future?

Post pictures of them so I can review them
