For several months I've noticed the same dark ghosting imaging after lines of text or graphics others are having.  I recently checked my Device Manager - Monitor and noticed a generic driver was installed.  Then I did a search for new driver on the internet and the Dell P2417H (Analog) driver got installed.  With the correct driver in place 80% of the ghosting is now gone.
