Thanks for your help - it say this - but not how to move it down to lowest position.
Do you know how to move it down?

Page 60 in the user's manual does not provide instructions on how to raise and lower the monitor!

The manufacturer thought that the picture was enough for users to understand how to move a monitor up and down.
* Grasp the center left side of the monitor plastic bezel with your left hand
* Grasp the center right side of the monitor plastic bezel with your right hand
* Applying even pressure with both hands, move the monitor panel up and down
