Hi. I recently bought a Dell U2312Hm 23' monitor and I was wondering if it supports any widescreen resolutions other than 1920x1080. I have a rather old PC and it would help when trying to play certain newer games that I struggle with at such a high resolution. I've only managed to get it to run at 1280x1024 and 1024x768 but if I choose something like 1280x720 I get a message saying the current imput timing is not supported by the monitor. Is there any way to get it to run at this or any other 16:9 resolution other than the maximum supported? I have a radeon 9550 video card and am running Winxp if that helps.
