Monitors: Two U2717D monitors horizontal, one next to the second

I would like to report bug related with DDM (Dell Display Manager). The bug has case when on right U2717D (primary U2717D in Windows display settings) in DDM full screen layout is chosen, and extend any application (e.g. chrome or slack), to full screen on that U2717D (through maximize icon in that window). Then use command CTRL+WINDOWS+RIGHT_ARROW to change Windows virtual desktop and then CTRL+WINDOWS+LEFT_ARROW to back to first one. After second command when first virtual desktop has come then maximized application changing size to lower, and a little bit shifted. That is very annoying when often changing virtual desktops ;/ That case have no place when using DDM full screen instead of application maximize button.
