Hi @pob579 , Does a Full backups of this folder ever work? You might want to take a manual backup of this saveset from the client side to see if there is some file that does not conform to a identifiable file name may be !!

thank you for an idea... I know that the guy does starts it manually and it works... next week I am alone to watch this site... I told a month ago that we have to find the problem if it requires manual restart.

Any file name that does not comply to UTF-8 character set, any files with local languages that might be an issue. You could add a backup command `save -D5` to enable debugging for this backup every time it ran and when it fails you could get a better error message to work with or may be get the file that is causing this  issue.
