I am trying to restore Sharepoint using itempoint , I am not sure which port this is about,

So I am having this error:

The EMC ItemPoint for Microsoft SharePoint Server Agent for Content Transfer Service is not available on the target server or the

configured port could be blocked by a firewall. Copy functionality cannot be performed without the service. Would you like to connect

anyway?

Any advice ?
