Media Mounting

I have set up an environment with Windows 2003 SP2, NW 7.4.3 for sAN based backup with Storage Nodes & Dynamic Drive Sharing. When I initiate a backup for a save set from the server, it picks up the tape and starts the backup as expected. When I initiate a backup for the SAN host, it keeps giving the message in Alerts"Waiting for a volume", it mentions the correct pool etc. but never picks up the volume from that pool. If I mount it manually or if it is allready mounted before starting the group, it starts writing on the volume and finishes off successfuly backing up around 800 GB data. Fortunately it does not need the second media so I don't know what would happen in that case. At the end of the backup, it unmounts and mounts the index tape and successfully backs up the index as well.

The only problem is that it does not mount the tape if it has to mount it for the Storage node.

Please help.

The storage node field has the same host name in the first place. The client is the virtual server and therefore I have first physical ndoe, second physical ndoe & then nsrserverhost. If I use curphyhost, it does nto work at all.

curphyhost should work. If not it may indicate some sort of issue with configuration.
