VSS snaphot failed

I had error after start group.What is happended for this error?.
Please recommended or advise me into solve problem.


save: Diagnostic: This client is not licensed for VSS.
save: Diagnostic: D:\ will be saved without a snapshot being taken.
save: File D:\System Volume Information\37{3808876b-c176-4e48-b7ae-04046e6cc752} could not be opened and was not backed up. (The process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process.)

    but when I has start another group it had error but group not failed (successfully).
    Why it is that?.

    Looks like you don't have a VSS license for this client. What version of NW are you using? The group failed in this case as it was not able to access the mentioned file / folder. Probably because the file / folder was in use by some other process.

    By looking at the error message, there is a chance that failure is not triggered by this message but something else that happened later.

    I has run NW v7.5 on Windows 2003 system.
    Which I had used EVAL VSS license already.
    Does I need to create shadow-copy on "C:\ -> Properties ->Shadow Copy"?.

    If your server is 7.5, it should not require a seperate VSS license unless I am mistaken. You might want to check the VSS config on the host.
