I have 20 - 5324 edge switches each connected to both 6024F via Fiber.
Any one have a best pratice white paper on setting up this scenerio.
Is Rspanning tree the only thing i want configured. my internet routers are behind my
firewall so does that mean i dont need Vrrp.

If you want the two 6024 to act as redundant router then you do need VRRP. Here is the whitepaper on it:
