Adding 2nd switch

Have one 3324 currently on our network configured with IP address. Want to stack a second switch. Have purchased connectorsfor G2 ports.

What steps do I need to do to bring this 2nd switch online allowing it to be stacked and use the same IP as the first switch?

The second switch now online and I can see both units from web browser admin tool. Tested connectivity from new switch and devices plugged into switch 2 connect to network without issue. All LEDs on Master switch are solid green but the LEDs on switch 2 are flashing green where devices are connected as well as the LED above G2 label. Is this an issue that needs to be addressed
