IP-Helper Adress not working for a single VLAN

Hi,

im running a pair of 4128F-ON as VLT.

I have configured some VLANs. With the command "ip-helper address" I pass on the DHCP server in these VLANs. Works quite well, except for my VLAN 9 (Phones).
The phones do not get a DHCP address, the DHCP broadcasts do not arrive at the DHCP server.

Client PCs in another VLAN get their addresses assigned, the ip-helper command works fine in other VLANS.
The DHCP server is reachable from the phone VLAN (and vice versa).

Does anyone have a hint or similar problems? Are there any limitations that I have missed?

    Hello,

Could you try removing or deleting the lease addresses, in DHCP, I wonder if it's because of this.

Check if the DHCP server is on the correct gateway.

    Hope this helps!

    Hi,

The network connection from the DHCP server to the phones works without problems. Apparently only the DHCP broadcasts do not arrive.

    Hello @F.Bode,

What configuration steps did you follow? Did you followed any procedure?

    Regards.
