Hello @walvizuris,
S5224F supports NLB, but only the latest firmware 10.5.3.X above. You can refer to the specification sheet of 10.5.3.0: https://dell.to/3jcqLjG 1st page, most bottom point.
As for network setup, I'm unsure this article could help: https://dell.to/3jag4hJ
Other than the article, I can't any other source for reference.
