I would like to know if you can help with a problem dealing with Internet Explorer & MS security updates.  About a month ago my PC downloaded some MS security updates after they were installed I signed on to Netscape using MS Internet Explorer, like I always do.  Everything looked fine until I tried to open another page or click on one of my Favorites.  When I tried this MSIE would flash on & off try loading several times, then go into a not responding mode.  If I do a Restore before I installed these updates then all is well again.  I thought I had "weeded out" these "bad" updates but since then I have installed other updates & still messes up MSIE.  Have you had any bad experiences with MS Security Updates?  Please Advise.
