Bluetooth

I can't turn my bluetooth back on.  I was cleaning my keyboard and I must have pressed something and now I don't have bluetooth capabilities.  I have a Vostro V13.  Help.  Thanks.

    raymlee,

F2 works on some models and you can also try the information below.

You can look at these places to see if your bluetooth Connection is enabled

    You can also try...

    Start, in search type

    bttray

click on bttray. This will put the bluetooth icon in the system tray, near the clock. It can then be enabled there.

That's my problem, when I try to put the icon in the system tray, it is not there.  Maybe I have a bad card.

    raymlee,

Try running Finding System Information REMOVE YOUR PRODUCT ID and post the rest of the information back here.

That link doesn't work - what do you want to know? I am using the Dell Support Center and have all the system information you might need to see?

    raymlee,

Start, accessories, right click on command prompt, left click run as administrator. type

    systeminfo

hit enter. At the bottom you'll see the network adapters installed. Is it listed there? My Finding System Information does the same thing but makes it easier to copy and paste here.
