D420 Delayed Wireless Startup

On a new D420, I have a slightly annoying problem with the wireless connectivity: After the desktop appears, there is approximately a 90 second delay before the wireless icon appears in the system tray. During this time, there is no network connectivity. After the delay, networking is fine. During the delay, there is no disk activity. My system is very "clean" (about 25 entries in Task Manager) with no anti-virus other background software installed. One strange thing happens at the end of the delay. I get a balloon in the system tray stating, "Your computer might be at risk: No firewall is turned on." The Windows firewall is enabled, and this balloon disappears on its own in a fraction of a second. Then the networking icons appear in the system tray. XP Home SP2.

I just solved this by going through the event log. I found a "The NTRU Hybrid TSS v2.0.7 TCS service hung on starting" message, and disabled the NTRU service. Wireless comes up immediately now.
