The DOS network drivers for D600 don't work with the D610. I have downloaded the latest DOS drivers for the broadcom netxtreme 57xx gigabit nic but they don't work. Has anybody found any drivers that do work?
I've run into the same problem. The D610 drivers as downloaded from the Dell website sort of work -- they properly detect the network card -- but during boot-up I get an error that the vector wasn't specified, then netbind won't bind. So I've apparently got the right drivers but the wrong configuration.... Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
I'm having the same issue with the D610 network DOS drivers. I'm trying to create an image for a D610 and I can't get the network driver to load. I'm using the B57.DOS file from the Dell download drivers with the Bart's Bootdisk, once it gets to the part were it loads the driver it says that the adapter is not found or driver failed to load. This driver worked fine with the D600 and the SX280. Have any of you found a way to fix the problem with the DOS drivers?
I was having this same trouble. I made a new Bart CD using the newest version and I added in a full network driver pack. I think really what fixed it was the new version of Bart, though. You should try that.
In order to image, I wound up having to create a new Bart PE cd. You can find it here - http://www.nu2.nu/pebuilder/. Works fantastic! Basically lets you boot a limited version of windows that runs from a cd. You can use the network, map drives, run dos commands, etc...
