its not showing up when i boot up my pc ,does that mean it doesn't work anymore?
I've tried to update it but still not working i have no internet other than my hotspot on my phone.

Please can you confirm the Make Model and OS, along with any configuration details like touch screen, backlit keyboard, SFF or tower etc etc.
Is there any option in the BIOS to control the Wi-Fi?
Is there any hardware diagnostic that can be done?
