How do I identify a Network card?

I have been given a network and cannot find any makers marks on it.  It does have a dell sticker on it.  I do not have driver files and need this information to perform a search.

From the card

FCC ID=EJMNPDALBANY

and

dp/n 0003710t-12463-04u-05es

and a barcode number

00d0b7915b57 18013 a08922-001  (may be part of the mac address, but I'm not sure)

Can anybody help, please.

Tom

This appears to be an Intel Pro/100+ adapter that was used in Dell server systems. The appropriate driver package should be available directly from Intel here.
