I 've check dsl modem configuration And selected Check Connection Have A dns problem, saids "Query DNS for a well known host Fail' I used Norton 360 premier Vers 6. Do Will Be Any Tech Issues For Pc Installer,reply Very soon?

Can you run Finding System Information REMOVE YOUR PRODUCT ID and REGISTERED OWNER and post the information back here.
Cn you also run an ipconfig /all log.
What virus program and firewall are you using?
