Need to reimage a Dell 3420 clean install , usually we connect drive and then access another folder via network to reimage but even when lan is connected on cmd from bios it is showing no connection , for testing I connected lan on c type using adapter there it works fine and shows connection but when connected on lan it doesn't shows connections LED is blinking though.
