My hubbys Dell
He has a inspirion B130, it was bombarded with many viruses, I think we go them off but it says it's connected to the internet but when I go to a web page nothing is there. We never had any problem like this before, can someone please help? thanks dolo
After a web page times out, click Start > Run > type "cmd" in address window > hit Enter > At Command Prompt window, type "ipconfig/all" at flashing cursor and hit Enter. What are the IP, subnet and Default gateway addresses listed? What are the DNS server addresses given, if any?
