Networking - computer connection
I have searched all over my computer. Trying to find the step-by-step process or the how-to on removing my former bookkeeper from having network access from her home computer and adding my new bookkeeper to have her own network connection to my office computer. Where is this & what the heck am I missing?

I got that far, but then I believe I get stuck when it asks for my IP address. I have no clue. I have tried to REMOVE the person that has network accesss now, but she doesn't seem to get removed?? And I have not figure out how to add my new secretary. Some step is missed somewhere?
