Windows cannot initialise the device driver for bluetooth mouse
I am having problems with my Dell (Dimension E520) bluetooth mouse (that came as part of a keyboard and mouse bundle). While the keyboard and mouse both appear in my Bluetooth Devices and the keyboard is functional, the mouse no longer functions (I have replaced batteries, undertaken a System Restore, removed a Motorola bluetooth telephone whose software I thought might have caused conflict, tried re-pairing the mouse a number of times, etc).
While the mouse lists itself as being paired and it appears as a bluetooth enabled device, I notice that when pairing it up the blue flashes on the mouse continue to flash for a minute or so and then simply stop ie no longer blue light to suggest its' paired; and also that when I move the mouse after rebooting the computer, the blue light briefly displays as it always has but it still won't move the pointer.
Checking the driver details (which are apparently up to date) and device status, I receive the message: "Windows cannot initialize the device driver for this hardware (code 37)".
Any advice would be much appreciated.
Thanks
