Why is it that my computer will randomly decide to "work offline"?  I'm trying to check my email and even though I unclick 'work offline', the message box says "Dial-up Connection".  If I close that, a box says 'webpage unavailable while offline'.  I again unclick 'work offline' and the whole pop-up boxs start over.  Very frusturating!!
