I ordered a Dell XPS 8300 on March 3rd, 2012 from Dell.ca. When I check my order status on the Canadian website, it says that the SHIP DATE is March 16th, 2012. When I check my order status on the American site, it says ESTIMATED DELIVERY DATE is March 16th, 2012.

So which one is it? The reason why I find it confusing is that I can pull up my order on both sites, but they're different.

Sorry if this has been asked before, I tried searching the forum but anytime I clicked a post that seemed relevant to my question it said "Group Not Found."

I tried calling the Canadian support number twice but the person helping me hung up both times.

Also out of curiosity, if March 3rd was my order date and March 16th is my Ship Date?/Estimated Delivery Date?, when can I assume the item will be shipped out (assuming there are no delays). I know you're probably asked this countless times. It's just a very frustrating website. Kinda wish I did a little more research before purchasing.
