990, stuck at dell logo
Hello guys I need your help i had bought dell optiplex 990 series and now it is showing 2 and 3 diagnostic light and it stuck at dell logo screen and I can't go further and power switch is showing blue light what is the problem plz help
Pc specs
Core i5 2400
16GB ram
Gtx 1050
2*500GB hard disk
Cooler master 550W psu

What should ido
Did you install the October 10th Windows Update? If you did, press and hold down the power button until the computer turns off completely- no lights or sounds. Wait a few minutes and try to boot the computer. This happened to me when the Oct update installed. Rebooting made it try to correct the error and resume the installation. It worked after that. However--the October update caused problems with others and it has since been removed from Windows Update. A corrected version should be posted soon. Read--
