@redxps630 in my optplex 3070 which cpu and which gen. Cpu can I install or this pair is also good for decent gaming ?
@redxps630 but i5 9400 is overpriced it is expensive than i3 12gen cpu . So can I play games with i3 9gen with GTX 1650, and will imthis give good performance but minor bottleneck?
@redxps630 I have seen many i3 9100f with GTX 1650 gaming benchmark videos games are running well and cpu is not heating and usage is also less then mine. What can be the reason ?

That's a pretty weak CPU for any sort of gaming -- especially if the system doesn't have a decent GPU card.
The game is processor-bound and the system really not suited to gaming at any level.
