It seems like to want to replace 3050 micro motherboard with a 7050 micro. The front connectors may be an issue as they looked slightly different, see below. Other than that, it might fit.
There may not be much performance differences if you just move all components over from the 3050M. If the main goal is for performance upgrade, a whole unit replacement would be better economic choice.
3050 and 7050 MFF rear IO is the same but front IO is different like chino said. it would look odd to have USB C port in a USB 3.0 opening aperture. you may be better off buy a 7050 MFF front bezel
