2 weeks ago i purchased in a spur of the moment an used Dell Optiplex 3090 SFF (150$ for a 10gen pc was too good to let it pass, since i had a dual core for the last 10 years), but sadly i didnt research (dumb me) and last week learned the motherboard and PSU are propietary, so i started to research a lot about cable adapters and pins (im pretty new in the area of pc upgrades), but i think there is not a psu cable adapter for this model?
So... im asking here if someone could guide me in the correct dirrection for PSU upgrades or psu compatibles with this optiplex model. Im grateful for anyone that could enlighten me with some wisdom.
Thanks again for reading! Happy week everyone!

we do know 3090 mobo 6-4 pinout is same as prior optiplex gen 7070/7060/7050 etc. the safest and easiest psu swap is Dell oem 360w with 6-4 white pin and 6 pin black. If you are ambitious to drive a very high power gpu that needs two 6 pin or more, consider sfx psu with 24 to 6 pin adapter or Dell 500w psu (6-4-4 white pin) for which there is mixed evidence of success on optiplex mobo that has 6-4 pin.
