I have recently discovered that my page up and page down keys are not paging in Excel or Word. I have rplaced the keyboard and that made no difference. Contact Microsoft support and the suggested that it is likely a BIOS issue. Is anybody aware how I can go to get help for this. DELL support options is no longer available for me as it expired in 2018.
