WRONG BIOS
I have an optiplex 9020 that I just bought, I went to the Dell website to download the latest drivers and a tool took care of it, after updating the BIOS, now it appears that my PC is the 7020 How can I do to revert that bios?

Could you please upload 2 photos? - One of the BIOS screen you saw (make sure photo doesn't have the service tag) and a photo of the front of the computer.
Hopefully the 9020 you just bought does not have a 7020 motherboard.

The only way system and BIOS says "7020" and case says "9020" is if motherboards (MB's) were switched.
Is your 9020 returnable? Or, may be you could keep the PC and get a discount?
Hard to tell if the seller you bought the 9020 from knowingly put in the wrong MB. But the seller should have checked system status.
The 9020 seller could have bought the MB from eBay. I see all the time on eBay whereas some sellers think some parts, like for the 7020/9020, are all in the same when they are not.

I agree with @bradthetechnut and @Tesla1856 . That BIOS version and date are definitely for the 7020 and I also don't think it is possible to flash the wrong version. Have you had a look at the MB and can see a Dell part number on it? That would certainly confirm what appears to be the truth.

Both the 7020 & 9020 can take an I7-4590. It doesn't give a clue which motherboard you have. However, the photos you gave us before indicate you have a 7020 motherboard.

I don't think it is possible to actually (completely) flash the wrong BIOS to a Dell motherboard.
You might be able to re-flash.
My notes say the Optiplex-9020 is UEFI-based with SecureBoot. So, you should be able to update/re-flash the BIOS from the UEFI-Environment (F12 on boot).
