500 SC BIOS upgrade problem

I had BIOS A00 in my 500SC I put in A07 and now I get a Blue Screen and it keeps rebooting over and over.

Any aideas? Help!!!

OK I Reflashed A00 and now the pc is fine again. But why can't I upgrade the BIOS?

You shouldn't jump straight to A07. A lot of updates in between. At A00 (wow!) I would go to A03, A06 and then A07 using the Windows update packages. All the versions previous to A07 can be located here.

I managed to upgrade to A01 then A02. But anything higher fails. Any ideas?

Maybe take out any peripherals...

Read the release notes on the BIOS updates, to see if you can read any clues on what was changed.
