Booting failure

This has happened multiple times on a Dell PowerEdge T160 server.
This time I shut down the system. After turning it back on, it shows this error.
I checked the BIOS, and I can see the boot device there. However, I still cannot access the OS (Windows Server 2025).
Need help!

    Hi Dell321

    Good day !

In order to check correct boot device you have to To access the boot or device settings on a Dell PowerEdge T160 server, turn on the system and repeatedly press F2 when the Dell splash screen appears to enter System Setup, or press F11 to open the One-Time Boot Menu > see if the hard drive or Raid controller is selected as the first boot device.

If its not correct that change the correct boot device and you may have to remove and reseat the Raid controller and its associated cables.
