I am looking to upgrade the RAM in my R210ii and i have read the manual and forums and have got to the conclusion that 4 x Crucial CT102472BD160B 8GB DDR3L 1600MT/s (PC3-12800) DR x8 ECC UDIMM 240p will work
I've installed those UDIMM's myself, now I am getting a flashing red light, and when I hit the power button, it goes to a blue flashing light. I thought it might be that I have bad UDIMM's, so I swapped them out to the original and the same issue. Any ideas on how to get my system to boot up now?
For what it's worth have you tried reseating the CPU?
Encountered something similar to you were someone replaced the DIMMS without ESD strap and the motherboard failed and had to be replaced. We suspect it was cause of no ESD but it could have also been coincidence.

0999AD,
The dimm does look like a match to Dells dimm, part number 96MCT, So I think it would work in the R210II.
Let me know if this helps.
