Drive Recognition

Working with a Dell 1425..  One logical drive seen in bios but Server 2003 OS does not see it.  Know I need a driver for at least the raid controller but don't know the steps. Guidance sought

    How are the logical drives configured?

    If the OS is one of multiple logical drives on the same controller, updating a driver won't make a difference.
