Fan Sensor

Good Morning,

 I did a diagnostic system on the server and I have the fan following errors:
 
1.System Board: Fan sensor (FAN 3 RPM) Below lower critical threshold "Systrem Board"
2.System Board: Fan sensor (FAN 1 RPM) Below lower critical threshold "Systrem Board"

    I have this other error:

    system board: Event logging disable sensor (SEL) SEL is full "System Board"

    and you replace the fans and I still get the error.

    I just updated the BIOS and DRAC.

    Note: The fan to replace q belonged to another server if you were working normally without problems

    Help me please!

    i I have a RAID configuration, if I can lose the configuration update?
