I purchased a used 6300 with 256 MB of Ram. I upgraded to 1GB. The system works but does not reconize the added memory. Still registering 256 MB. Can any one please direct me to a tool or setting.

I did up date BIOS, ESM and firmware.  Running Windows 2003 server

PS the system did not come with any of the Dell open manage CD.
