No boot device found after Linux installation
Hi, I have a DELL Poweredge 740xd with 2 120GB SSD drives and 10 1TB drives. In the configuration of the raid controller when starting the initial configuration of the server, I have configured it in the following way: One RAID 1 on the two 120 GB disks and one RAID 6 on the other disks. All right. Step to install a Linux distribution, which installs it correctly, I have partitioned the disks as I want, I have configured the boot manager to boot into the partition where the operating system is installed. All ok, but when the server is restarted, when I get the boot to start the operating system, I get a "no boot device found" style message and I get the options to go to the BIOS settings or the boot sequence. What have I done wrong to not detect the boot of Linux? Do I need to configure something else? Thank you very much in advance.

Hi,
Which distro and version did you install?
