PowerEdge C6145 PXE Boot Error

Hello, we are installing new NIC's on our PowerEdge C6145 servers and when we attempt to PXE boot the servers we receive the following error:

PXE-EC8: !PXE structure was not found in UNDI driver code segment.

The cards we are attempting to use are Intel Ethernet Converged Network Adapter X540-T1 (https://www.newegg.com/intel-x540-t1/p/N82E16833106144)

Any ideas on what could be causing this?

Thank you

Thank you for the reply, flashing the firmware did not fix the issue in this case. It turns out that I had to disable 64-bit BAR (Base Address Register) addressing on the card using the Intel Ethernet Flash Firmware Utility with the -64d option.

    Hello,

Based on a search of the error, it looks like it would be a problem with the card, specifically the firmware on the card. I'm basing this on the Intel Boot Agent User guide that I found on a university website. I'd try flashing the firmware.
