Is there any method to communicate with the RAID controller and check the defected parts based on the previous issues?

I don't understand what you are asking. All of the errors you listed will cause the controller to stop functioning. If you are receiving the above errors when the controller is attempting to initialize then the controller will not initialize. If the controller does not initialize then you can't do anything with it.

The RAID information is stored on the drives, so if you install a replacement controller you should be able to access the data as long as it is still there. The replacement controller will likely list a foreign configuration. You can import the configuration from the drives to the controller to attempt to bring the virtual disk online.

based on the following errors for PERC H710P and H710, what is the suggestions to repair the fault controller?

1- multi bit ECC Error

2- System Halted

3- FW is in fault state

4- Adapter and Base port not responding

5- Foreign Config did not import any drives
