    Hi,

Was the memory from us? the error is referring to memory without a thermal sensor being installed. The Time being reset sounds like a motherboard battery issue, can you reseat that to make sure it didn’t come loose during the upgrade?

    thanks Josh.

i bought RAM from a local shop. i am pretty sure it is not from dell. what should i do now? do i need to replace it with original dell RAM? regarding the time issue, i think i need to change the motherboard battery. once again thank you very much for the help provided.

We only support our memory, but other memory will work, it needs to be memory that has thermal sensors, so anything that says it is designed for our servers should work, but we have not validated anything besides our own. You may be able to get your local place to swap it with other memory.
