PE 2800 RAID upgrade kit
Apparently, I need a RAID upgrade kit for our PE2800 which will contain a RAID key, DIMM, and battery. I contacted Dell Chat Support and they had no clue... they said to buy a RAID controller. How do I get this upgrade kit?... or is it obsolete?

Chat told you they didn't have a clue about the part numbers? I would like to know the name of the chat agent. Better yet, provide the service tag and the session id for the chat session.countryman73460

Here's the part #'s for the following on a PowerEdge 2800:Part # H1813 = ROMB Raid KeyPart # X6347 = ROMB LITHIUM BATTERYPart # 4D554 = ROMB DIMM- Thanks for all the help. I called sales and they were very helpful. At first they didn't know what a RAID upgrade kit was either. Everyone just assumes you want a raid controller card instead. But at least they asked one of the server specialists and I got the kit ordered. FYI, the parts cost about $250.Thanks
