PERC5/i RAID-10 & RAID-1 Combo possible ?

I'm new here. A new Dell server just arrived with these config:
1) C5: RAID 10 PERC5/i Integrated controller card
2) 4x 146GB, 15k RPM SAS HDD
Using PERC5/i Integrated BIOS Configuration Utility 1.02-007, I tried to create:
1) RAID-1 30GB
2) RAID-1 35GB
3) RAID-10 (All the remaining spaces)
In "VD Mgmt", after I "Create New VD" for RAID-1 (30GB), it won't allow me to create any RAID-10 VD drives
If I Create RAID-10 first, it will use up the entire 278784MB of space, as I'm not allowed to modify the VD Size.
Is it possible to create RAID-10 and RAID-1 combo with the above config ?
If YES, what are the steps I should take ?
